Terms of Agreement

TThis Terms of Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and Black Panther Algo Inc. ("Company"), the operator of blackpantheralgo.co. This Agreement governs your purchase, download, and use of our algorithmic trading software and services.

1. License Grant

• The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software (e.g., Black Panther EA) for personal trading purposes.

• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment is required as specified on the Website at the time of purchase.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Usage Restrictions

• The software is for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or distributed.

• You must comply with all trading platform terms and local laws.

4. Warranties and Disclaimers

• The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• The Company disclaims liability for any trading losses or damages resulting from software use.

5. Termination of License

• The Company may terminate this Agreement if you breach any terms, with immediate effect.

• Upon termination, you must cease using the software and destroy all copies.

6. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Black Panther Algo Inc. from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Ontario, Canada under the rules of the Canadian Law.

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada.

8. Entire Agreement

• This Agreement, along with the Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer, constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Company.
